Luz Neisler, R.D.A.

Luz Neisler is the “heart” of Dr Bialecki’s office. She has the very important task of creating an effective schedule that at the same time runs smoothly for both patients and team. 

Luz was Dr Bialecki’s very first Dental Assistant back in 1984. She worked with him for 4 years until he relocated to Lake Arrowhead. Luz moved to the mountains in January 2008, to rejoin Dr Bialecki and his team, filling the important position of Scheduling Coordinator. She has been a Registered Dental Assistant for 24 years.

When Luz is not working she enjoys spending time with her new grandson.
